What is included in each membership?
How much does membership cost?
Can I use my membership discounts on all treatments?
Your membership discount applies to retail products as well as some packages.
Are members exempt from credit card processing fees?
Yes. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments at DNJ Med Boutique, but active members don’t pay it. Cash and debit never carry the fee.
How does membership billing work?
Billed monthly on the day of the month you choose. Credit card is kept on file, if payment fails AR will try a total of 3 times before canceling membership.
Can I upgrade my membership?
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 12 month commitment. Early cancellation fee of $99. No refunds allowed.
How do I enroll?
